Got the product broken & cust care not reachable

Ordered table mate II and got it shipped within 2 days.  Though they claim that they sell only fresh/new products, they have sent a broken & dirty product. The worst is their customer care phone #(0124-441 4888) is not working. I have sent product feedback & not sure if they will refund & waiting.


But I think they always sell used products only.
