I ordered a Hoodie from Shopclues.com on 02nd November 2016 however the product didnt get delivered. When I contacted the Shopclues.com team they said the product is out of stock and they could not deliver it. Then I cancelled the order. While cancelling the agent clearly told that the amount will get refunded with 2 weeks. Now its almost more than one month and still they dint refund the amount. I have called them several times but no refund done yet. Also I mailed them many times but I get a auto generated message in return. Its really annoying that Shopclues.com are not fulfilling their commitments and I think they are literally harassing the consumers.
