Shipment lost,Pathetic status/support

One of the worst of the experience I had in online shopping. After 11days of waiting the status has been updated to "Shipped - Lost in Transit Status". There  and when it is no proper update why and when the shipment is lost will be delivered again.


When tried calling the helpline number, the call goes on and on with Wait time updated for more than 1 hour, no one attends even the call even when the automated voice says my call is first in line.


Very disappointed how such a pathetic, irresponsible service Online shopping site is still continuing its business.


Ah! Atlast the customer support picked up the call and says thank you for calling. When asked about status they say very sorry that your shipment is lost, hence we are cancelling your order now upon your request. how proactive they are they have been waiting all these days for me to call them up and ask the status, to initiate the Cancellation. And I need to wait 15 more days to get the refund.
