Customer service last month I purhase a smart watch . It has some problem. I call customer service but they did not reply.
Product quality: product quality of this watch is very cheap and poor. it looks very low class watch. the material of the watch is very bad the watch has no many that they show in description.
Delivery timeliness: the delivery time is very late. It took 14 days to ship my order. The delivery man didn’t find my address.
Reliability the reliability of this watch is very less the material used in this watch is very bad they all made by plastics.
The app and website of this eCommerce website is very slow they didn’t find items What we like.
