I ordered Casio Edifice EF 535BK 1AV full black watch from one of their merchants calledDelhibrand(Order Number: 37116327) I got my product late and soon I realized the product was very cheap in quality as the time adjustment key of the watch was broken whilst adjusting the timing.
Then I immediately called the merchant and let him know the whole issue on phone call he gave positive response and promised me to take care of whatever will be needed in this regard. I logged a return request and the very 2nd day(23rd Feb 2015) their courier guy picked up the product from me, since then neither I received my product updates nor any feedback.
Pathetic Customer Support on Phone
I called their customer support twice but they failed to convince me with proper updates, theyre literally confusing me.
No provision to check the status of Return Request - The Worst
Their shopping portal is not users friendly as I unable to check the status of my product return request.
Feeling deceived
I dont know where actually my product is and how long they will take to come up with satisfactory feedback?

Planning to lodge a complain on consumer forums as theyve not left any other option to me.
