I ordered a watch from Shopclues after I had made the payment I was notified that my krdered is confirmed and will be delivered within 7 days. After 3 days I got an email that the item is out of stock and gave me the customer care number for further assistance. When I called they kept me on hold for 20 mins and then said that the amout would not be refunded and I should buy anything instead. I ordered bed sheet instead of that. The package got delivered after a month and the quality of bedsheet was very poor.
