As we now these days online shopping has become very common to every body in india.At lot of website provides good services to customers but some of them still making mistakes and showing their carelessness towards delivery and services
Previously I ordered a jbl 150T earphone from shpoclues.com which was of cost 699 with some discount.So I fount it an interesting offer and I wished to get it.Fortunately I receivedmy delevary and when I unpacked it I got nothing.I immediately contacted to the customer services but I didnt get positive response from them.Later I knew that there is no replacement facility in shopclues.com
So as per my thinking ShopClues should give more customer services and also give warrenty in their products so that customers may get more faith and belief on shopclues.First duty of any sheller is customer satisfaction which they can get by providing good responce to the qieries and problems of customer.So they should think towards these directions which can make them more reliable towards the customers
