Hi,
I have ordered Sony Bravia 40 Inches Full HD LED Television on 17-OCT-2015 with Order Number: 72017700 and still I have not received my order while on the shopclues site I am seeing the status as’Delivered’, even I got the mail for the same.
It has been almost 15 days and I have no idea where my consignment is.I called to customer care hell lot of times and I always used to ask for wait 48 hrs for the update.
I have not just waited for 48 hrs but almost for 7 days. I have already paid the amount Rs.27, 689 and have no clue about my product. I have never seen such a pathetic service.
Worst experience ever with a complete mental torture. I have sent more than 30 mails and almost calling daily 2 times to get the solution But till now I have not received any update
Please update me asap for Order: 72017700.
