Its a pathetic place to shop. unprofessional people. I ordered a mobile order no 73256315. The merchant is from Andra Pradesh. The mobile does not work. I must have called shopclues Customer support 7 times. They asked me to speak to merchant . obviously I refused.
They forwarded my number to that merchant who called me and is now dictating me what to do. he wants to know my address for pick up. He is going to decide whether it is a case of refund or replacement. I AM WONDERING WHO IS THE CUSTOMER. This is total harassment I want to give negative starts SHOPCLUES Loots people.
