Guys, by worst I really mean’WORST’. I had a terrific and very disappointing experience with shopclues.I had ordered a pendrive almost 20 days before, I recieved the same yesterday. When I enquired them about the product delivery, I founded that they had forgot to ship the product but my account was debited by the amount properly.They remembered to deduct the product amount but not the delivery.
I had dialled their number atleast 4 times a day, almost every time they do not lift the phone, and sometimes when they recieved the call they just told me that you will get it within 4 working days.
Each time when they recieve the call, they tell the same thing.
They make you wait wait and keep waiting for the product, this was one of my the most irritative experience with this FRAUD site.
Moreover, the support email provided by this site is also useless.I founded them unresponsive.When I asked for the refund, they again told me to wait wait and WAIT.
Yesterday I recieved the order which again seems to be used.
Guys, Please stop to shop from this fraud site.
I have shopped from many online sites like amazon, snapdeal, jabong, myntra, ebay but I had the worst experience with Shopclues.
