I had bought a product from shopclues on 23rd Oct order no. 25120761 which I received on 7th/8th Nov that too with a manufacturing defect. When I filed a return request they did not arrange for pick up saying that my area is not serviceable.
Also they were not ready to pay the full courier amount charges which happened to be Rs.800. After a long follow up they gave a token no. of Blue dart and asked to drop the parcel on 9th Jan 15. Since then I am continuously following up with customer care people for refund but all in vain. There is no proper resolution from this pathetic team.
They only ask for more and more time and say we will resolve the issue. But it has been now 3 months that the problem remains there and there. Customer care team is horrible to handle because they have no knowledge of anything. Every time a different person picks up the phone and without reading the trail conversation they keep on asking the whole story again and again. Every time you call them you will get a different reply about your order. This is just digusting.
Kindly help me in getting my problem solved
