After using this website for online shopping, I found the item listed and pictures were not accurate and they are posting incorrect pictures to attract the customer. Also delivery is very bad as it’ll take more days than the estimated delivery date provided. I’m going to share you with the worst experience I had with recent shopping. I bought a branded shirt from shopclues as the price offered is low compared to other online shopping website. After placing the order with express shipping, I got 3 days to wait for the delivery. On the date of delivery, I haven’t got at any message regarding the delivery, so I waited till the end of the day and contacted the customer service, they said package was delayed and it’ll be delivered next day. Again I waited till end of the next and contacted them and they said me to wait another 24 hours. After another 24 hours still no package received. When I contacted them again they said package was lost and they’ll process refund. After 10 days no refund or package received. I contacted them again and found refund was not issued by the agent and they still expected the package to be delivered. Which is again incorrect information as the last agent confirmed the package was lost. I hung up and started to contacted the supervisor and got the refund done after explaining the entire details.
Very bad experience and I won’t shop again with this website.
