Hi Everyone, I am sharing my experience after using shopclues website. There are many varieties of good they offered, it is mostly like flipkart or snapdeal, but the services are very bad. what happen was one of my friend ordered tempered glass IPHONE6 from shopclues as there was 50% flat DISCOUNT offer on that particular item.
First thing, the website was created in such a way, It was not accepting the payment gateway, we tried number of times at last it accepted, thanks to GOD. I mean website payment cycle server is too LOW.
It was showing in the ordered page that the purchased item will get delivered in 4 to 5 days but you won’t believe it took almost 15 days to deliver 1 tempered glass, as soon as we got we were just trying to open but the service person told that please sign the template before you open the parcel, WHAT RUBBISH.
Same thing happen what we were thinking, the tempered glass was broken at one edge near the front speakers hole. I will never rate this bad because anyway it was delivered correctly to our location and it was not any duplicate item, since the packing was not good we found it broken. My rating will be average. Thank You!
