Shopclues is the worst online shopping portal you can come across. Its just ridiculous how these people can even run an online business with such an ignorant behaviour.
Shopclues recently had an offer of buying anything for INR 99/- and they had a huge list of products categorised under this offer.
We had ordered for a hot water thermal flask for Rs 99/- and my wife was as surprised as I was to see the product delivered to us. It was a cineese digatal wrist watch which would hardly be worth 50 rs.
Just imagine friends an image of a Thermos to sell and a wrist watch to be delivered, doesn’t it make you feel like the person managing the orders in Shopclues might have some eyesight problem.
Though they did refund the amount and did not even want the product to be returned to them, it does not really makes sence to repeat tbe same mistake. As the same experience I had twice.
Second time it was a headphone which was damaged but still nicely packaged and delivered just to spoil all the excitement that is being created over the days you wait for you product to arrive.
DO NOT TRUST OFFERS ON SHOPCLUES WILL BE MY OPINION.
