I have transacted with shopclues.com around 10 times. But I found this website is not a pennyworth of trust. Following are the reasons which I find regarding Shopclues.com
1.Website layout- Now a days all the online shopping sites has an appealing website. But seeing the Shopclues site you can expect the quality of products they are offering. Website is designed very poorly.
2.Products- Shopclues has expertise in selling the counterfeit products. All products are substandard and they don’t even worth the money you pay for them. I guess Shopclues doesn’t have any control over their supplier base.
3.Not Trustworthy- I guess among all online shopping sites shopclues has the highest number of consumer cases pending in consumer forum. Their suppliers openly send you some other thing what you haven’t ordered.
4.Poor customer support- I ordered a Adidas tack pant. But the product first of all which I got was not even similar in color and design. The quality was so poor that it even did not worth half the amount which I paid for it. Completely useless. I tried contacting with the support team. Initially they responded but later on they were not even picking up the phone. I problem was unresolved
Overall this website is only for buying the products under rs 100 and where quality does not make much difference. For example dusters, mops, phone covers etc.
