I bought a v-guard voltage stabilizer Vg400 from them. It costed me Rs 1535/-. Cheapest of all online website. But once I received the product I have found that it was broken and moreover the company originality symbol it’s hallmark on the product was broken, so this violates the 3 year warranty of the product. When I asked for return of item I was informed afer 6 days that my address fallls in non serviceable area so pick up can’t be arranged. So as per their policy creapy policy they asked me to send it by myself for which they will submit 300 clue bucks to my account. When I enquiried blue dart for courier charges I was billed Rs 1400 @ Rs 350/kg and courier weight for stabilizer was 4kg. So finally I decided not to return the product to shopclues because it’s a vicious circle.
In my case I have learnt after aishwaryasingh23ing Rs 1500/- never buy from shopclues because uimately it cost you higher like in my case Rs 1500/- and no product at my hand.
These person trick you to buy by reducing price by some Rs 100 or so from other websITES_Company and send you degraded item which you can never return them back.
In short when u purchase at shopclues it means that shopping without any clue what u shopped. If it’s ur lucky day then may be a jackpot by getting the product you ordered.
