False Buyer Protection Policy - Frauds

I have purchased Ride ON Scooter from ShopClues & the product is received in Damaged Condition. Even after writing several emails & calling customer care since 9 days I have only being receiving the response "Please wait for 24 to 48 Hrs for our response". Till now these people have not even responded when the product will be pick up & replaced. Now, in this age you can’t keep on waiting for responses.


This clearly indicates that ShopClues is least bother about customers post sales & their buyer protection policy is just false promise made to customers. I guess this was my last purchase from ShopClues. All my emails remain unanswered in last 9 days.


& Now A New Story:


Order ID 14380308. NEVER should you purchase products from Shopclues. Even their courier people are trained. They will turn up 1. Sir, I do have have van today to reverse pickup your parcel today, I will come tomorrow. After 7 days a New courier company comes up saying sir, the parcel is not packed properly & it cannot be picked up.


SHOPCLUES Stakeholders please take note of this & don’t think your customers are fools. If you continue such practices people are soon going to stop shopping from you. Remember YOU have n no. of competitors in market & so do we all online shoppers have.
