Today I am sharing my personal experience on a shopping site that is shopclues. It is a worst shopping site I have ever seen. I have nothing to say about it was completely waste of time.
Customer Service - Honestly shopclues has very bad customer service. If you try to contact with them you have to message them but they reply you very late and sometimes they will not reply your message.
Product Quality - If you are going to buy something from shopclues please make sure you choice because their real product totally different from see on the site and be sure while buying cloths.
Delivery Timeliness - Shoeclues have an average delivery time as same as other site but it didn’t fast as compare with amazon shopping sites but it is ok and your product delivery is done 5 - 8 days.
App & Websites - Shoeclues have a official website and an official app. But Shoeclues website take a lot of time to load and it didn’t have good theme and layouts.
Reliability - If talk about about its Reliability I didn’t trust on shopclues because many times I feel that my personal data on shopclues may be not safe and I if I talk about its products reliability they really different from those seen on its site. It is a very bad and fake shopping site.
As a friend I suggest you please don’t buy anything form this site.
