I tend to buy very often from this site but my experience has taught me to carefully select products before buying, never buy any expensive item, need to follow up with the customer service often and sometimes I had to even call call the courier service after finding their details from the internet(due to the lack of support from customer service).
They provide very good discounts no doubt and if we buy the products after carefully scanning the details, we can also be lucky many times. Comparably they are one of the cheapest available sites so sometimes you can expect no warranty at all on the products. It is like gambling but with due experience I am generally satisfied with the cheap items(apart from a few instances).
