Hey friends I am a regular online shopper and today I will share my views on shopclues.com with my own expeirience with it :
Customer service : worst I ever experienced in my life as many of a times they even don’t picks your call and if you are lucky then you have to wait for a long period of time.
Product quality : as I mentioned above they sells only 3rd class product.
Delivery time : quite nice but not upto mark.
App and website : nice designed but the drawback is that they provides us update of their app in regularly 15-20 days which irritates you too much.
Reliability : it’s just OK. Thanks.
