This is my 4th bad experience with shopclues. 3 products were delivered of wrong color and 4th product was a cup, which was received broken into small pieces.
When I called up customer care they do not respond to the call, this has happened to me several time in all the 4 cases. Hence entire dependability of the buyer is on mail.
Hence I am doing that and 20 days have already passed that exchange of words is going on. It is discouraging and frustrating too.
