Shopclues.com is a commercial website of online shopping.Many people buy their necessary product from this webiste.simillarly I have bought a head phone.because they was giving it at Rs 110 .This was a phillips headphone.They packed the headphone without any proper maintain and delivered me.I opened the boz and could able to see the headphone.when I dragged it from box and plug in .i saw the headphone was broken.i immediately called them and told them every thing.they gave me a complain ticket and assured me that I will get a call from them within 24 hours.but I did not get any call from them. I think this is not a proper ethentice site.product of this site is not so good.so I will suggest you if you want to buy something then you can go through flipkart, amazon.These are the trusted website.
