Worst experience with shopclue.I have ordered for a necklace set but they delivered wrong item. when I contacted customercare they said return pick up will be initiated. Till now it is not happening. never shop with this site now.Never buy any product from shopclues . You will be bound to get disappointed . Their service is just horrible . It’s the worst online shopping site.I have made 3 purchases from shopclues, on first purchase they sent me bicycle pump instead of shoe, second purchase they sent me an expired product, 3rd they sent different combination of items than I have ordered.
