Return process is worst with Shopclues..

I have ordered "Gwalior Suits "  with order number "33302361" on Jan 12 and got it delivered on Jan 16th. Immediately I checked the quality as the same product I order 6 and all were different. Since there is return option for that product I dared to order the product once again. But that quality was worst. So finally I tried to raise a return request for that option and I couldn’t do that and I could only raise a issue as "Post Delivery" which was not even showing the issue number.


So I again had sent out an email to customer support that I want to "Return the Product" as the quality was bad. The customer support team was just responding a stero message that " they would" send the link where I can raise a return request from that link. I reported them that that link is not working when attach the image of that. I replied like this for 10 days. Finally I got the reply that I am not eligible for "Return".


By that time I even checked with the merchant and they told me return the product so that they can refund the amount. I communicated the same but the customer support was very bad that they continued with the same stereo message. Finally after 20 days, they asked me return that product as they don’t have return service in our which surprised that in Hyderabad they don’t have return service. which is a true lie from the customer support.


Then I inquired with them even if I return the product do they refund that courier charges through call and the same email that I raised the issue. Which they confirmed that they would be refunding that amount through cluebucks to max of "300". Finally yesterday I had couriered that and had sent them the scanned copy of courier receipt. To my surprise today I got an email that they are not going to refund any courier charges and they would check the product and based on that they would take next Steps.


I lost credibility on shopclues even if they send me that courier charges as cluebucks I can’t dare to order any product on shopclues with such a kind of work experience with "Customer Support".


I request every as don’t dare to order any product in "Shopclues" We will surely have a bad experience with their service.
