Customer Service: customer service is pretty decent I say, but some you will find that they are not so well known about the product delivery delay
Product and quality: There are so many products available there but very few of them are good quality. you can found much better product in your local area than this site.
Delivery Time: It is the most horrible part of this site theeire are too slow
App & website: This both need so much improvement. Very basic app and websit and poor GUI
Reliabilty: I terms of product reliability is very low but there customer service is decent I say
