I would never advise even my enemy to shop here. Total waste of time and phone calls. The first product I ordered, was I am in transit for almost 2 weeks. It never reached me. After seeing the error from their end, they told me to cancel the order. After almost 3 weeks of placing the order and needless to say endless calls.
Another product I ordered came incomplete. Again after numerous calls, they picked the product on June 27th 2013. And till August 7th 2013, I am told the product is yet to reach their warehouse.
I finally demanded to speak with someone in authority and threatened them with dire consequences if my money didn’t get refunded. And today, 8th August 2013 I was total that the refund is initiated. It’s yet to show up in my account. I learnt my lesson. I don’t want their discount. I prefer buying from sites that are genuine.
