This is one of the worst shopping app I have ever used. Their service was very bad. Once I ordered a pair of shoes from shopclues and its delivery time was after a week but that shoes was delivered to me after three weeks and the shoes pair was not of the size I ordered
Customer Service
Its customer service is quite bad. they donot responded me spontaneously when my shoes was not delivered and they said it will be delivered soon but the product came after 1 more week
Product quality
Its product quality is not appreciating as it doesnot deliver the product it shows and the product is not worth the value sometime.
Delivery time
It never deliver on tym, this is my personal experience. It always delivers product after two- three weeks
App and website
As usual all the online shopping app are good they show products in ur range they show u popular product first. But the matter is which app is sending product quality wise good
Reliability
According to me this app donot have any property by which we’ll be reliable on them. U should try online shopping but not from this app
