?HI ALERT - BEWARE of Shopclues Pathetic Services,
I placed an order on ?21st nov 2014? ?(??27333053
27333051?)?and receive?d? the product it was totally different from i ordered the color and shape was changed ?and quality is very cheap ?.I tried to call customer care to refund ?the amount ?but every single time a new person was attending the call and was asking to send images the same history repeated almost ?24 times but no response almost more than ? 1 ?month i am calling them in spite of so many follow ups, I am not getting any concrete status .It was my mistake that I shopped with these cheaters the customer care is a horrible as they are just listening like deaf and no one cares.
I am really dissapointed kindly shut down your dukaan and don’t fool us....i am going to circulate this post on almost all consumer forums..I need my refund at any cost of Rs 439
