Hi guys please dont ever try to shop with SHOPCLUES no matter you see how many comments saying 5 stars and all the crap about their good service. Personal experience matters. If you are planning to gift a thing to someone your plans would go in vein. Worst service, Worst shopclues!
I Have ordered a mobile(Motorola DROID RAZR XT912 Smart Phone) on 07th Nov 2014 and on 13th Nov 2014, I got a mail from Shopclues saying that your Order #25933395 Shipped - Possible Delay in Transit. SHIPMENT INFORMATION: TRACKING NUMBER 69191446240 VIA BLUE DART. On 18th Nov when I tracked the order it says no tracking id matching.
When I called the Customer care it says If you know the Order no. enter after the beep or wait until the representative responds. I entered the order no. "25933395" & Shockingly received a reply saying your product has been successfully delivered on March 7 2013.If there is a problem in the product tell our customer service representative who will take your call shortly. I waited for 1/2 an hour in the line and there is no Customer service representative who received the call.
After few hours of trying continuously, Got a mail saying "We are unable to fulfil your order 25933395 as the shipment has been lost during transit.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and have initiated the order cancellation process for your order. If you have already paid for your order, we will update you on the refund process through email or call. "
There was a game played for 10 days and then again a game played saying wel get back shortly.
