Hey guysI am here for my honest opinions on shopclues.com.It us a e- commerce website mainly known for electronic products ! Customer service - The worst customer service , I have ever seen.They will never pick your call! I am not able to contact executives till now ! Product quality - The quality of products I have bought are not good. If you purchase a good brand then its ok , but not so popular brands are not recommended with its high pricesDelivery timeliness - It takes a lot of time to reach even to the big cities.A minimum of 10 days is expected for a delievery, but they make promises of 4 daysApp and websites - The app and websites run too slow on phone or laptop.Its better not to open shopclues .Guys go and fet from a store.They also give us good discountsDefective products are always seen when ordered with shopclues.comReliability - I dont find it reliable enough for any shopping .I am done with shopcluesThanks guysKeep supporting
