Two months before I placed an order for power bank of 5000 mah worth rs.560. I paid online a total rs.620 including all delivery charges. It showed delivery time as four days from then. but I received my order after a week.That to delivery boy asked me to pay delivery charges. More over I found a a different power bank in it .It was not the one that I ordered. It was a just a 3000 mah power bank.
Later I complained to them .After that complained to them .After a month replaced this power bank with new one. But they didn’t take responsibility to the money that I paid to the deliverry boy.
More over in shopclues prices are comparitively high with other online shopping sites. Better not use shop clues because it also didn’t provide much discount on shopping. Thanks fo reading.
