I am sharing my real experience with a online shopping website shopclues till now.
First do not trust this website, what they show on website is totally different from what they delivered . The quality is at it’s low and I think they gave duplicate product.
If I write about Customer service I think there is no such word in shopclues dictionary if you wan’t to return any product they did not respond.Delivery Time of the product is also late as expected.
There App & website is well designed and managed as they convince customer to buy the product with there marketing skills.
Shopclues is not at all reliable do not order any product from this website due to less price from other e-commerce site because in the end you get only a bad quality duplicate product.
I had ordered 1 men trouser, bedsheet, airfreshner for car, shoes they all are not good.
