Recently I ordered samsung original earphone on 28
feb.
I Paid money through online. Expected delivery time was between 7& 8 march but it delivered 10 th march . at that time I not present on my shipping address and my mobile battery was also dead. I recieve one message from shopclues at 8: 00 pm on 10 th march about they delivered my oreder. I don’t know who recieve my order from delivery man and how deliveryman handover my packet to other?
I’m not happy with shopclues service . Totally irresppnsible.
Can shopclues give me solution about the same?
