These guys sell second hand and used products for MRP. Their service is worst and believe me you have to struggle to raise the return request. Once the return request is raised you will be the jackpot winner if they respond to your request.
Please don’t waste your valuable time and money second time for follow up. Try to adjust with the items these guys have delivered you or donate it to some NGO, because even maid’s who work at your home will reject to take these items.
One more cheating festival started by them these days is SUNDAY FLEA MARKET, please understand this as SUNDAY FOOLS MARKET.
The best thing is That they will deliver whatever they have irrespective of what customer have ordered. When you go back to order history to verify what you have ordered, you get F*ED up that the ordered item will be changed to that what you have received.
These people will think the online shoppers as dumb*s and they cant remember what design, color and product was ordered.
For Ex: I ordered a double bed sheet and Double bed AC blanket was delivered and when I go back to order history the product was changed to double Bed AC blanket and even the color and design was never ever selected by me.:O
I would spend my weekend time to damage some one’s image unless I was badly affected by them.
And my intention behind this feedback is other online shoppers shouldn’t be trapped by these Shopclues people. God save all from Shopclues.
