I had ordered a Product on shopclues which I received as damaged. I went to there site to update the same but there system was not updated to process my return request. So I waited for a day hoping the system will be updated but it was not updated for 3 days. After updation i.e. on 3rd March.


Then I Place the Return request and the Site was not processing the same saying u have to contact the customer care executive. When I Call them 1st they were not able to listen due to some noises at background+ 2 times the call was drooped. Then I Wrote a mail to request the return. Krishnakant Modi, Mar 3, 8:43 PM: Want to return the goods as they are damaged Then I Received the Reply: Shopclues Support, Mar 7, 1:16 PM: Dear Krishnakant, Greetings from ShopClues.com.

This is with reference to your order no. 86357759. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your concern, we would like to inform you that the product delivered to you on 29/02/2016 and you have registered complaint regarding damage on 03/03/2016. As per ShopClues policy complaint for damage is accepted within 2 days of delivery which is already over.


Therefore, we may not be able to fulfill your request as per our return policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Best Regards, Customer Support Team Ankit Kumar ShopClues.com I Just want to summarized that: 1. There internal controls are weak. 2. Site don’t get regularly update with there service organisation. Due to which Return request policy is a Joke. - Site showing the product delivered on 3rd March but they mailed me as the delivery date was 29th Feb. 3. On site you will not easily find there customer care number. 4. Delayed replies of there mail and slow updating of system itself lead to the lapse of the time provided by them to take presumptive actions. Just Judge your self.
