This is in regards to Order No. 52728415. This email is being addressed to you after giving up on the poor customer handling by your call centre.
A brief History of this Order:
I Placed the order for this particular iPhone on Shopclues.com, The regular online price was 44500 and I was enticed to buy at 34500 thinking it was some crazy cheap promotion.
I waited patiently and there was big delay and then I got suspicious.
On 4th June I received this order fortunately I was there in the office so I decided to open the package in front of the courier guy and shoot the video of the same.
I immediately called up the customer support and they said they have noted the complaint however I will have to file a return request.
Now the catch- Your site showed product delivered on 8th June. However that didn’t deter me from following up periodically with you.
On 11th June I called up again Ms. Nidhi told me it will be picked up as the return request is approved.
Today it was a rude shock I received a SMS saying your return has been cancelled. I called up the lady told me you people didn’t send the SMS it must be from buyers end. She said "why is the return- because its showing wrong item received.Didnt you receive warranty card etc." It amazed me I said I got stuff worth 3500 after paying 35000 would she buy gold plated ornaments after paying for gold!. I told her I had to write "WRONG Product" as it didn’t have an option of "Received DUPLICATE Product".
Please help me get immediate resolution and my money back for the same. Anticipating your positive action in this matter.Please see the pictures and the I can provide the video on request.
