I have ordered Protoner home gym kit from Shopclues on 7th Dec with expected delivery date of 13th Dec 2014. They insist on advance payment without any cash on delivery option.
But even after 25 days and endless mails and complaints, product was not delivered.Now I received mail confirming the delivery of product which I never received.
These guys show no regret in cheating customer & their customer care people suck.
They don’t care if a customer product is delivered or not. Don’t ever buy product from them.
