Order is not shipped from 15 days.

Shopclues says:


Your order 60338109 has been successfully delivered at the mentioned shipping address.


I didn’t receive my products since 15 days. - Ordered two products and received one. And in ordered status they are saying Shipped two. Fraud services. I didn’t not like it. my Order ID - 60338109 . Worst no call from customer support/Email.


I didnt sign on delivery note and they say Delivered. Dont what kind of services is this.


would like to what happened Exactly?
