I started purchasing products from Shopclues few months ago . I purchased some products from Shopclues.com . I have much bad experience than few good experience with this shopping site . Shopclues is a bad online shopping website .
Good Experience- They have many products at cheap prices . I purchased two products at very low cost .
Bad Experience-
1) On 9th October I purchased REVLON TOUCH& GLOW ADVANCED FAIRNESS FACE WASH 50 Gm . After that on 24th October suddenly I got a sms that my order has been delivered . But, on that date I did not received my product . I track it in courier site, it show in transit . Then I contact with Shopclues, but they said as per their information they are confirmed that it has been delivered . I thought, I loss my product . But, on 27th October courier team delivered my product . So, Shopclues provided me wrong information .
2) Recently I purchased JARS COLLECTION SET OF 3 HAND TOWEL . This time product delivered perfectly . When I order this product it show product’s dimension is 18x12 inches . But, when I got my product I see it is just 12x9 inches . So, they delivered wrong products . It’s packaging also too bad . Products are pack with a old plastic carry bag with sellotape& packet also cutted . This is too bad packing .
Besides it, my few friends also face same problem . They also received used products .
Final Statement- As per much bad experience with Shopclues, I don’t suggest this online store .
