I had ordered some inner wear, which when it had to be returned, they created chaos for me!
They kept the product for two weeks and everyday told me to wait for three working days!
First they say they did not get the product at all, then they expected me to wait.
Now theyve clearly told me theyre not taking in the product and sending it back to me after more than two weeks of the delay!
What they say is that they need the barcode of the products when there was no barcode attached to the products,
They need tags for all, they didnt even take the one that I did provide a tag for!
The manager said theyd revert in a day, but it seems even the manager isnt sure of what theyre doing.there was absolutely No response !
And! There wasnt a single bit problem with the quality of the products!
I only ended up drowning my couple of thousands!
