A month vefore yesterday I ordered a selfie stick at rs 287 from shopclues it took 18 days to deliver them to me , everytime I mail them about the delay of delivery they givee excuses like seller has disptched it and it is on the way , it is the courier company delaying it and blah blah.
As it was my first experience with shopclues I found it very bad and when the selfie stick arrived at my house as I opened it it consist of a plastic light weight low quality selfie stick.
And remote provided did not even worked as the indicator light did not glown. I thought let it be waste atleast let see the length of selfie stick when I streched it full it was a not more than length of my hand and I was full of anger as my money and time both got wasted.\
I immediately issued for refund and item pick up after some time someone called me from shopclues and asked the reason why I am returning it .I told him all my problem and he said you will get your refund in 30 days I said can you please give it to me as item reaches to the seller there was no answer and executive putted off call. Item was picked next morning and refund was made on 12 th day after the item was with seller .I hereby suggest you not to go for shopclues try any other site to avoid problems like me.
