FACED PROBLEMS WITH SHOPCLUES AGAIN!
Refer various complaints lodged as below
No. 639822 dated 10.01.17
No.8363258 dated 11.01.17
No.65610 dated 12.01.17
No.8363258 dated 13.01.17.
Also talked to your employees at customers support on 13.01.17.
Neither my wrong product replaced nor any reply to my e mails.
Shopclues is really shameless.
Very soon I am going to escalate this matter in social media like Twitter, Facebook, mouthshut .
Though I am your regular buyer, you are giving worst service to your customers. This is very ridiculous and annoying. I will approach to Consumer Court with all evidences I have. I will wait for 24 hours to except your concrete action and reply.
