I found an attractive product in shopclues so I made an account and ordered it . Good thing was it reached within 3 days of placing the order. I took the order and the courier guy left before I opened it. (i trust those people ). After I open that I came to know it didnt match the description, moreover it is an cheap imitation of the original one. The painting showing the brand name also started deteriorating .
The next day I logged a return request through my account. It was very simple and easy. I felt somehow relaxed. Then I have waited nearly 10 days. Then I tried to contact them through call. First 2 3 days line was busy so I was not able to contact . Fourth day I was able to get one customer care EXECUTIVE to convey my problem . She asked every details and I provide her . Then she told that :- according to return policy you cant return this item. As 10 days has been over.
I told her I have already applied for return and my return id is this(4193) . She told that she is not able to see that on my account and she told as 10 days expired there will no use of trying anything to return the product.
I asked "Then about my return request, that I am able to see". Her answer was- you should have called after raising return request. (N.B this is not mentioned ANYWHERE in their site) .
