This site manages to attract a lot of customers due to availability of cheap products but it fails terribly in the whole process of delivering the ordered product as well as in the customer services.
I paid for the product by my debit card at the time of placing the order on 16 September 2018 and the last shipment date was scheduled on 25 September 2018, it has been 9 days and I have
not received the product. So, I decided to contact the customer care service and complain for the same but they are highly unresponsive.
Firstly, they took around a whole day to even answer my call and when I told the whole problem they replied that the product has been delivered(although I have not received even an empty box).
On insisting them a lot they said that my complaint will be registered only if I am able to give them the proof of delivery(which has not taken place) and the irony is that my complaint is about the same. So, basically all they are asking me is to forget all this as it is a kind of trap.
But I am never going to forget this fraud they did and will never ever be ordering anything from this irresponsible shopping website.
