I ordered a roti maker, and the product I received was of dismal quality. The bill says "branded" roti maker and the brand is one I’ve never heard of. The quality is so pathetic even my maid refuses to take it home with her. I placed a return request, and after a month of aggressive followups, they now say I can’t return it as it is not adhering to company policy.
The amount of stress these guys have given me is appalling. I’m going to court and I’ll get a hefty compensation out of them. I’m an avid online shopper and I’ve never had a worse experience. I implore the readers to stay away from these frauds, who don’t know squat about customer satisfaction.
