Shopclues is one the most fraud online company.Most of of products we found on shopclues are lower pricred than other but when you will recieve that you will realize that you have got a chinease or useless product.I have shopped with shopclues 3-4 times each and every time this company cheated me.one of things that I had ordered a sweater( hoodies) that was torn and old ( seems like used) .I complained on shopclues it replied me that they will solve my issue after 4-5 there was no any response and after 6 days they directly send me message to rate that purchase and closed my claim.And this happens ofen thatswhy I have left shopping with this cheater shopclies.One more big problem is that they dont have any tollfree no. We have spend money to talk them that is so much irritating.First they will ask you all information till your 20 rupees deducted from your mobile balance and after that they will say sorry sir/madam we can not do anything your claim has been closed.
