As I am doing almost all of my shoppings online, I am using all of the online shopping sites to shop where I got best prices with quality I buy from there.
so as usual in this year’s festive season I am also try to buy a headphone from shopclues for the first time, where I found a nice looking with a lowest price, so I ordered that, and expect to received it on time.
But after 10 days I got a package and open it , and saw that the product is a totally different one with a disgusting quality of material and design bad sounds local quality, and then I called them back to replace it, they agreed to replace but no one came to me to received the product, then after 5 days again I called them, and finally after 3 days one person came and received the product and then finally I got my refund.
With my experience it is the wrost online shopping experience bad, and till then I never shop on shopclues again
