I bought Samsung 40H5100 Full HD Slim LED . It was a great deal indeed. I trusted shopclues for the first time and I received the order in perfect condition. But the table stand which came along with TV was not compatible with the model. I checked the user manual and followed the prescribed procedure. But the screws just don’t fit into the stand . As a result I am still not able to use it .
I am very upset as this should be highlighted during basic QA/QC check . I still believe you guys are doing great job and provide awesome deals, but trust and quality service is prime concern in e commerce and I will have to think twice before buying anything from shopclues again.
