I ordered a mobile phone on shopclues.com seller id is NoCreditShoppe. I also bought same mobile model in january and that time they also sent a used mobile. But that time I didn’t returned because I was in need of black color model.
This time again I ordered same mobile and mentioned that ship only black color. But seller NoCreditShoppe shipped a Golden color mobile which looks so cheap. And seal was broken and mobile was a used peace. When I contacted that seller then he replied "*Its not used we open the seal for testing purpose, and we are not mention any where we can ship black color as we have stock, we cont replace if u want refund u can complaint in shopclues after get solution from shopclues they will take final steps "
There is no support number in shopclues.com. I think shopclues people know this they are doing this type of business that’s why they didn’t put their number. I contacted through their support system but still there is no response from their side.
I also did shopping a snapdeal, amazon and flipkart. Their response is very very good and good support system. But here my experience is very very bad. I planned to not to buy from shopclues.com in future.
