My order id 53777897 for pedigree was made on may 25, a week later I received a message that there is procurement delay and are you ready to wait! me being naive said yes. Then couple of days later I received a message that my refund request has been processed, A request I didnt make.
So I contacted there customer support, which is not free. Even if it was free it would have a waste of my time, The idiot who picked up not only knows nothing but can hardly speak english, I asked him to switch to hindi which he said is against policy.
And the answer he gave me is that the product was cancelled due to unavailabilty at seller side and pointed out that product is out of stock. now you ask yourself is this how a market works, selling imaginary things and not fulfillling in the end, once when the order is made the product belongs to the customer, how can they cancel it.
Added to all that the same seller is selling the same product at slighlty higher price on shopclues. It shows their control over their sellers and how easy it is for sellers to cheat customers.
Update: they haven’t changed a bit
